A creative technology
studio, run in public.

Bhambhani & Co. rebuilds one exceptional design every week — then ships the template, the prompts, and the process notes behind it. Every project is a product. Every product is documented.

What the studio builds

Four disciplines, one continuous practice.

Every project draws from the same well — design, direction, AI-assisted work, and the automation that ties it together.

01

Product design

Interfaces built from first principles — systems thinking applied to every screen, not just the hero.

02

Creative direction

Brand and motion language that holds together across a website, a reel, and a product shot.

03

AI-assisted design

Prompt engineering and automation folded into the build itself, documented as it happens, not bolted on after.

04

Systems & automation

The behind-the-scenes tooling that lets one person handle design, writing, and publishing without a team.

The Shop

Website templates, rebuilt from the ground up.

One new template every week. Documented, versioned, and supported — not a one-time download.

Media Library

Creative work across eight industries.

Every entry includes a preview, how it was made, the tools used, and the prompts where AI was part of the process.

Prompt Library

Prompts we actually use, tested and tagged.

Every card lists the model it was built for, the use case, and a one-click copy.

Labs

Experiments, in the open.

Internal tools and half-finished ideas, published before they're polished — because that's more useful to the next person than a finished screenshot.

In progress~6 hours across two weekends

Auto-captioning tool

Whisper-based transcription that turns build footage into ready-to-publish reel captions.

Whisper (local)ffmpega small script

Problem

Every reel needs burned-in captions for silent autoplay, but hand-timing captions against raw build footage was taking longer than the reel edit itself.

Approach

Run Whisper locally against the raw screen-recording audio track, export word-level timestamps, then feed those into a caption-styling pass that matches the brand's mono type treatment.

Shipped~10 hours total, one weekend

Prompt-to-template builder

A small internal tool that generates a starting Tailwind component set from a design brief.

A local scriptClaude API (generation pass)

Problem

Every new template started by hand-copying the previous week's component shells and stripping content — mechanical work that ate an hour before any actual design decision got made.

Approach

Built a tool that reads a short structured brief (sections, tone, palette hint) and generates the matching component files against this project's existing `ui/` primitives and token set, rather than generating raw markup from scratch.

Outcome

Now used at the start of every weekly rebuild; cut setup time from ~1 hour to ~10 minutes.

Lessons learned

Scaffolding against this project's own established primitives (not generic HTML) is what made it actually get used — the first version generated raw Tailwind and still needed a manual pass to match the design system.

OG image generator

Auto-generates branded social cards for every new case study on publish.

Next.js OG image generationthe existing content provider

Problem

Every new case study needs an Open Graph image for link previews, and hand-designing one per post was the last manual step left in an otherwise automatic publish.

Approach

Generate the OG image at build time from each project's title, category, and swatch — same data already in the content graph, rendered to a static image via a headless template rather than a design tool.

The Weekly Digest

This week’s build, one craft note, one curated find.

Sent every Sunday. No growth-hacker urgency — just what shipped and what was learned.

Studio

Let’s build something worth remembering.

I’m Varun — I run this studio alone, 10–15 hours a week, around a full-time job. I read every message myself, so if it’s a good fit, you’ll hear back from me personally within two days.
